Clipchamp\nRole overview\nWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Senior Engineer to contribute to the development and deployment of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The role involves working across the complete development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation.\nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, configurations, workflows, scripting, integrations and CMDB. You will work closely with Product Owners, Agile teams, Release Train Engineers and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.\nKey responsibilities:\n1.ServiceNow IRM Development\nDevelop and deploy ServiceNow IRM solutions and components based on project requirements.\nParticipate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and documentation.\nConfigure ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, ACLs and other platform components.\nDevelop scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow development best practices.\nSupport the implementation and enhancement of Integrated Risk Management capabilities.\n2.Technical Design & Documentation\nDevelop technology and implementation design documentation.\nPrepare and maintain implementation specifications and technical documentation.\nProvide estimates for design, development, testing and implementation tasks.\nProvide technical inputs and recommendations to ensure clean and effective solution design.\nContribute to architecture discussions and technical solution planning.\n3.Development, Testing & Code Quality\nUndertake regular development and testing of ServiceNow configurations and code.\nParticipate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.\nContribute to unit, integration and user acceptance testing activities.\nReview test scripts and provide inputs aligned with the broader testing strategy.\nCollaborate with testing automation teams to support effective quality assurance.\n4.Integration & Scripting\nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using RESTful APIs and other integration mechanisms.\nWork with JavaScript and other ServiceNow scripting technologies.\nDevelop or initiate JavaScript utilities as required.\nWork with XML, Java, Jelly scripting and AngularJS where applicable.\nSupport integration with enterprise systems and ServiceNow platform components.\n5.Agile & Release Management\nWork with Agile Champions and Release Train Engineers to prepare configurations for production.\nParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and follow Agile principles and practices.\nUse Agile tools including Rally for planning, tracking and delivery.\nSupport release planning, implementation solutions/components.\nStrong experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies and ACLs.\nExperience with ServiceNow integrations and CMDB.\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript and RESTful APIs.\nExperience with XML, Java, Jelly scripting and AngularJS.\nExperience across the software development lifecycle.\nStrong understanding of GRC/IRM concepts and industry trends.\nExperience working in Agile environments.\nExperience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to present complex technical solutions to
