Clipchamp\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a hands-on Software Engineer - Quality Assurance with strong experience in API testing, UI automation, backend validation, and end-to-end quality ownership.\nThe role involves testing cloud-based platforms with multiple APIs, microservices, AWS components, third-party integrations, and frequent deployments. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding complex business workflows, identifying risks, developing effective test coverage, and taking end-to-end ownership of quality.\nExperience in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or other transaction-heavy systems would be an advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\n1.Test Planning & Execution\nUnderstand business and technical requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios.\nCreate and execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end tests.\nTest positive, negative, boundary, permission, and failure scenarios.\nValidate complex workflows involving multiple services.\nIdentify regression impact and define appropriate smoke and regression coverage.\nParticipate in requirements and technical-design discussions.\nSupport release validation, production smoke testing, and incident investigation.\n2.UI & API Automation\nBuild and maintain UI and API automation using Cypress.\nDevelop reusable and
