La figura ricercata si occuperà della gestione e del coordinamento delle attività formative aziendali, supportando la pianificazione, l'organizzazione e il monitoraggio dei percorsi di formazione finanziata e non finanziata.

Collaborerà con enti, docenti, fondi interprofessionali e clienti, garantendo il corretto svolgimento delle attività e la gestione della documentazione correlata.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Pianificazione e organizzazione dei corsi di formazione aziendale.
  • Gestione del calendario formativo e coordinamento delle attività didattiche.
  • Contatto con aziende clienti, docenti ed enti di formazione.
  • Predisposizione e gestione della documentazione amministrativa e didattica.
  • Monitoraggio delle presenze e raccolta della documentazione prevista dalla normativa.
  • Supporto nella gestione di progetti finanziati tramite Fondi Interprofessionali.
  • Inserimento e aggiornamento dati sui portali dedicati.
  • Verifica dello stato di avanzamento delle attività formative e predisposizione della reportistica.
  • Gestione delle comunicazioni con partecipanti e referenti aziendali.
  • Supporto nelle attività di rendicontazione e archiviazione documentale.

Requirements

  • Diploma o Laurea preferibilmente in discipline umanistiche, economiche o giuridiche.
  • Esperienza, anche breve, in ambito formazione, risorse umane o attività amministrative.
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.
