Per azienda metalmeccanica sita nella provincia di Pistoia, siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire all’interno del team Qualità per supportare lo sviluppo e il mantenimento dei Sistemi di Gestione aziendali.

Responsabilità principali

  • Supporto nella definizione e gestione del Sistema Qualità in conformità alla norma ISO 9001
  • Redazione e aggiornamento di procedure, istruzioni operative, moduli e template
  • Mappatura e formalizzazione dei processi aziendali (flowchart, procedure, KPI)
  • Supporto nella gestione e sviluppo del Sistema di Gestione Integrato
  • Partecipazione ad audit interni e supporto ad audit di seconda e terza parte
  • Raccolta e analisi dati qualità (incoming, fornitori, produzione, resi, difettosità) e preparazione di report
  • Supporto nella gestione di reclami e Non Conformità
  • Contributo al miglioramento dei sistemi di tracciabilità e dei piani di controllo qualità
  • Supporto nello sviluppo di analisi rischi/opportunità e piani di miglioramento

Requisiti

  • Laurea in discipline ingegneristiche
  • Conoscenza base delle normative ISO (ISO 9001, preferibile anche ISO 14001 e 45001)
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Ottima padronanza di MS Office (in particolare Excel) e capacità di analisi dati
  • Attitudine al problem solving, precisione e proattività
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e buone doti organizzative
