La risorsa inserita si occuperà di:
- Elaborazione dei cedolini paga e gestione dei relativi adempimenti mensili e annuali;
- Gestione delle pratiche di assunzione, trasformazione e cessazione dei rapporti di lavoro;
- Elaborazione e invio delle comunicazioni obbligatorie (COB/Unilav);
- Gestione degli adempimenti contributivi e assicurativi (Uniemens, autoliquidazione INAIL e adempimenti connessi);
- Gestione degli istituti contrattuali e degli eventi relativi al rapporto di lavoro (malattia, maternità, ferie, permessi, TFR, ecc.);
- Supporto e consulenza alle aziende clienti in materia di amministrazione del personale.
Requirements
Requisiti richiesti
- Esperienza nell’elaborazione delle paghe e nella gestione degli adempimenti amministrativi del personale (valutiamo anche minima esperienza);
- Conoscenza dei principali istituti contrattuali e della normativa del lavoro;
