Attività principali

  • Progettazione elettrica di sistemi automatici e macchine speciali.
  • Sviluppo di schemi elettrici e pneumatici, distinte base e documentazione tecnica.
  • Selezione dei componenti elettrici e di automazione secondo specifiche tecniche e normative.
  • Interfaccia con l’ufficio meccanico e software per l’integrazione dei sistemi.
  • Supporto alla produzione e al collaudo durante le fasi di assemblaggio e messa in servizio.
  • Gestione delle modifiche progettuali e aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica.
  • Verifica della conformità alle normative di sicurezza macchine (Direttiva 2006/42/CE e CEI EN 60204-1).

Requirements

  • Buone competenze nella progettazione di sistemi automatici basati su PLC.
  • Buona conoscenza dei sistemi di sicurezza elettrica e delle normative di riferimento.
  • Buone competenze nella progettazione di impianti pneumatici.
  • Capacità di lettura e stesura di schemi elettrici e pneumatici ed elaborati grafici (manualistica, distinte tecniche).
  • Conoscenza dei PLC Omron e Siemens.
  • Utilizzo di CAD elettrici, preferibilmente SolidWorks Electrical.
  • Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza macchine.
  • Esperienza nella progettazione elettrica di sistemi automatici.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e di lavoro in team tecnico multidisciplinare.
