The role ensures that drawings, correspondence, submissions, approvals, registers, and reports are accurately maintained, properly tracked, and readily accessible.\nThe position involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective document control throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain the central project documentation system, ensuring all records are accurately organized, updated, and accessible.\nReceive, review, register, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, change requests, reports, and correspondence.\nMaintain drawing registers and ensure that only the latest approved versions are circulated.\nMonitor document workflows and ensure consultants and contractors submit documents in line with project requirements, formats, and deadlines.\nTrack pending submissions and follow up with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely document delivery.\nEnsure consistency in document naming conventions, numbering, filing structures, and version control.\nMaintain proper electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring document accuracy and compliance with company procedures.\nSupport the Projects Manager and project team by providing updated documentation for meetings, approvals, and reporting.\nPrepare and maintain document status reports and submission registers for internal stakeholders.\nArchive superseded drawings, submissions, and correspondence for audit and future reference.\nAssist in compiling project handover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and authority closing documents.\nMaintain confidentiality and ensure appropriate control of sensitive project information.\nSupport continuous improvement of document control procedures and filing systems.\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in project document control within the construction or engineering sector.\nExperience managing multidisciplinary project documentation and coordinating with consultants and contractors.\nFamiliarity with UAE construction documentation standards and authority submission requirements.\nExperience supporting client-side project teams or project management consultants (PMC) is preferred.\nEducation\nDiploma or bachelor's
