The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers while ensuring all facilities remain safe, operational, and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise day-to-day facility maintenance activities across workshops, offices, warehouses, and yard infrastructure.\nPlan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations.\nMonitor the condition of buildings, utilities, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, firefighting systems, and other facility assets.\nCoordinate maintenance work with internal departments, contractors, and external service providers.\nEnsure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures and project schedules.\nConduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and recommend corrective actions.\nSupervise maintenance technicians and contractors, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.\nMonitor maintenance costs, material consumption, and spare parts inventory to ensure cost-effective operations.\nRaise purchase requisitions for maintenance materials, spare parts, and external service requirements.\nMaintain maintenance records, equipment history, inspection reports, and asset registers.\nEnsure compliance with statutory inspections, municipality requirements, and relevant safety regulations.\nCoordinate facility improvement projects, office modifications, and infrastructure upgrades.\nSupport emergency maintenance activities and respond promptly to facility breakdowns.\nEnsure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions throughout the facility.\nEnforce company QHSE policies and promote a strong safety culture among maintenance personnel.\nPrepare periodic maintenance reports, KPIs, and recommendations for continuous improvement.\nPerform additional responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager or Management.\nQualifications & Experience\nEducation: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.\nExperience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in facility maintenance, industrial maintenance, or building services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, manufacturing, shipyard, or heavy industrial facilities is preferred.\nTechnical Qualification: Relevant maintenance or facility management certifications are an advantage.\nSkills: Strong leadership, maintenance planning, contractor management, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nSoftware: Proficient in MS Office.
