deviations.\n· Assist in cost control initiatives and drive efficiency improvements.\n· Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.\n· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and decision support.\n· Perform investment analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.\n· Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and reporting.\n· Support management with performance insights and actionable recommendations.\n· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.\nQualifications & Experience\n· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.\n· Professional Certification: CA / CFA / ACCA / CPA preferred.\n· Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.\n· Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and principles.\n· Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.\n· Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.\n· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.\n· Excellent communication and presentation skills.\n· High attention to detail and accuracy.\n· Fluency in English
