The role combines direct sales and business development with team supervision, key account management, and coordination of fleet sales operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nAchieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team fleet sales targets.\nGenerate new business from corporate, rental, leasing, and government customers to meet agreed sales and revenue goals.\nManage key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, secure purchase orders, and drive repeat business.\nSupervise and coach the fleet sales team, monitoring individual performance, pipeline conversion, and target achievement.\nCoordinate with Finance, Logistics, Stock Control, Registration, and Delivery teams to ensure timely invoicing and vehicle deliveries.\nMonitor sales pipelines, prepare regular forecasts, and report on sales performance against targets.\nEnsure compliance with approved pricing, credit terms, and company procedures.\nExperience\nMinimum 3-5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in fleet or corporate sales.\nPrevious supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.\nGood understanding of the UAE automotive and fleet market.\nProven ability to generate new business, manage corporate accounts, and achieve sales targets.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.\nSoftware & Computer Skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.\nLanguages\nStrong communication skills in English are required;
