support our vehicle leasing operations, coordinate with corporate clients, and ensure smooth fleet allocation and contract administration.\nKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily vehicle leasing operations, including vehicle allocation, delivery and collection.\nPrepare and maintain leasing contracts, quotations, customer records and related documentation.\nCoordinate with corporate clients regarding vehicle requirements, lease renewals, extensions and replacements.\nLiaise with the operations, workshop, fleet and sales teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and delivery.\nMonitor lease contract expiry dates, vehicle utilisation, mileage limits and renewal schedules.\nFollow up on vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance and other documentation requirements.\nMaintain accurate leasing records and prepare periodic operational reports.\nAssist in resolving customer queries and operational issues promptly.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures and agreed service standards.\nRequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management or a related field is preferred.\nPrevious experience in leasing coordination, fleet operations or the car rental industry.\nGood understanding of vehicle leasing processes and contract administration.\nStrong coordination, communication and customer service skills.\nProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems is an advantage.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively with different departments.\nUAE driving
