safe working practices across our sites and workshops.\n Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily site inspections, safety walks, and toolbox talk audits to ensure compliance with HSE procedures.\nMonitor site and workshop activities to ensure adherence to company, client, and regulatory requirements, including environmental controls.\nManage and monitor the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, ensuring permits are properly issued and controlled.\nIdentify and address unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and security concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\nInspect tools, equipment, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safe working conditions.\nConduct weekly HSE audits, site walkthroughs, and worksite hygiene inspections.\nPrepare and review risk assessments for specific tasks and work locations.\nInspect and maintain emergency and safety equipment, including firefighting and first-aid equipment, and keep accurate records.\nSupport emergency response activities, including first aid and initial firefighting, as required.\nReport incidents, participate in initial investigations, and ensure immediate corrective actions are implemented.\nMaintain accurate HSE documentation, including observation logs, inspection reports, incident reports, and training registers.\nConduct HSE inductions and basic safety training for new employees and contractors.\nLead HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and safety stand-down meetings to promote awareness and safe work practices.\nEnsure appropriate safety signage, precautions, and emergency arrangements are in place across sites and workshops.\nSupervise and manage fire watch personnel, including deployment and timekeeping, as well as other direct reports where applicable.\nProvide general HSE supervision at worksites and projects, support departmental administrative activities, and report security concerns to the HSE Lead.\nRequirementsEducation\nDegree or Diploma in a relevant discipline.\nCertification\nNEBOSH Certification.\nADOSH Registration.\nExperience\n3-5 years of relevant experience in fabrication environments.\nGood understanding of site HSE procedures, risk assessments, PTW systems, and incident reporting.\nAbility to conduct safety inspections, toolbox talks, HSE inductions, and emergency response activities.\nStrong observation, communication, reporting, and coordination skills.\nAbility to promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with HSE standards.\nProficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.\n Join
