We are seeking a proactive and safety-conscious HSE Officer to join our team and ensure that all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards while promoting a culture of safety across projects.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines on-site.\n· Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.\n· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports with recommendations.\n· Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.\n· Organize and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for staff and contractors.\n· Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.\n· Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation for compliance and audits.\n· Coordinate with management, project teams, and clients on HSE matters.\n· Promote continuous improvement in safety culture, procedures, and practices.\n· Assist in emergency response planning and implementation of preventive measures.\n· Perform additional duties as assigned by the HSE Manager or Project Manager.\nQualifications & Experience\n· Education: Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.\n· Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of HSE experience in oil & gas, fabrication, or industrial projects.\n· Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certifications preferred.\n· Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and international HSE standards.\n· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n· Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective measures effectively.\n· Proficient in MS Office and HSE reporting tools.\n· Fluency in English (mandatory);
