In this role, you'll help create an exceptional first impression while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership's front office.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWelcome customers and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.\nManage incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.\nMaintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and reflects Škoda's professional brand standards.\nCoordinate customer appointments and support communication between departments.\nHandle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general correspondence.\nProvide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.\nAssist customers with general inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their visit.\nSupport the dealership team with additional administrative duties as required.\nRole Purpose:\nTo deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing professional front desk services, ensuring efficient communication, and supporting the daily administrative operations of the Škoda Abu Dhabi dealership.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nExperience: Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the automotive, hospitality, or retail industry.\nEducation: High School Certificate or equivalent.\nLanguages: Fluency in English is essential.
