and communicate vehicle prices, quotations, applicable discounts, and financing requirements accurately.\nAdvise customers on the current availability and expected availability of new vehicle models.\nFollow up with prospective customers, respond to enquiries, and maintain engagement to convert leads into sales.\nBuild and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the sales process.\nCoordinate vehicle delivery arrangements with the New Car Storekeeper to ensure timely and smooth handover to customers.\nLiaise with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) to coordinate vehicle registration and insurance requirements.\nEnsure customers receive accurate information and professional assistance throughout the purchasing process.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.\nExperience\nMinimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in an automotive dealership or car sales environment.\nExperience in customer handling, vehicle presentations, sales negotiations, and follow-ups is preferred.\nExperience working towards sales targets and managing prospective customers is an advantage.\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree.\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of new vehicle models, features, specifications, and performance.\nAbility to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.\nUnderstanding of vehicle pricing, quotations, discounts, and financing options.\nKnowledge of vehicle registration, insurance, and aftersales services.\nStrong sales negotiation, lead follow-up, and customer relationship management skills.\nAbility to coordinate vehicle delivery and related documentation with internal teams.\nAbility to work towards sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.\nLanguages\nFluency in
