promptly.\nPromote workplace safety, environmental compliance, and the protection of customers' vehicles and property.\nSupport Service Advisors with initial diagnostics and vehicle handovers when required.\nMaintain an organized and disciplined working environment to maximize workshop efficiency and minimize downtime.\nQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 4 years of relevant automotive workshop experience, preferably as a qualified technician with leadership responsibilities.\nRelevant technical certifications or professional qualifications are required.\nStrong technical knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and workshop operations.\nAbility to lead and support technicians while working independently with minimal supervision.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance productivity and repair quality.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nFair-minded, positive, and professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.\nComputer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop management
