In this role, you'll manage some of our most valued customer relationships across the custom extrusion and glazing market.\nAs a key member of our sales team, you'll be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, partnering with glazing fabricators, custom die owners and raw material customers. You'll identify growth opportunities, provide technical and commercial solutions, and strengthen long-term customer partnerships that deliver sustainable business success.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nChampion health and safety as the number one priority\n\nBuild deep, trusted relationships with key accounts in the custom and glazing market\n\nIdentify, develop and convert business opportunities, including custom extrusion projects\n\nShape and manage a strong project and opportunity pipeline using CRM and tracking tools\n\nPartner with customers to understand specifications, technical requirements and emerging trends\n\nWork closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, supply chain and product development\n\nRepresent the business at trade shows, customer events and industry forums\n\nDrive pricing, margin and commercial performance aligned to business targets\n\nMaintain accurate reporting, forecasting and account plans\n\n About you\nProven experience in account management within the construction, building materials, glazing or fabrication environments\n\nStrong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing capability\n\nCommercial acumen with a strategic, growth-focused and solutions mindset\n\nA technical aptitude and ability to understand specifications and manufacturing processes (highly regarded)\n\nExcellent organisation, planning and time management skills\n\nConfidence working autonomously while collaborating as part of a wider team\n\nExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office\n\nA valid NZ Driver’s Licence and travel is a requirement of this role.\n\nWhy join us?
