This position serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for HR systems, ensuring technology solutions support business objectives, workforce planning, employee lifecycle processes, compliance requirements, and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will combine strong HRIS expertise with analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities to maximize the value of HR technology investments.\nThis is a hybrid role three (3) days per week on-site at either our Oakville, ON, Markham, ON locations, or Montréal, QC.\nThe compensation for this position is between $70,800 and $88,500 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
