This strategic role is responsible for driving profitable growth, managing the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, and ensuring our solutions continue to meet evolving customer and market needs.\nWorking closely with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Engineering and regional leadership teams, you will translate market insights into actionable category strategies that strengthen our competitive position and deliver long-term business success.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nDevelop and execute category strategies to drive growth, profitability and market share across EMEA.\nManage the full product lifecycle, from new product introduction through to portfolio optimisation and rationalisation.\nLead category performance reviews, identifying opportunities and implementing improvement actions.\nAnalyse customer, market and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.\nCapture and translate Voice of the Customer insights into portfolio and innovation strategies.\nDrive pricing strategies and margin optimisation initiatives.\nBuild and maintain a robust innovation pipeline in partnership with Innovation and Engineering teams.\nSupport make-versus-buy decisions and supplier management activities.\nLead regional product launch activities and ensure successful market implementation.\nPartner with country teams to support product harmonisation and packaging initiatives.\nDevelop compelling product positioning, communications and training materials.\nProvide technical product and application support to internal stakeholders and commercial teams.\nLead cross-functional projects and coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions.\nABOUT YOU\nMust-Haves\nProven experience in Category Management, Product Management, Strategic Marketing or a similar commercial role.\nStrong understanding of product lifecycle management and portfolio development.\nExperience analysing market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity to drive business decisions.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience developing growth strategies and delivering business results.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience working within an international and matrix-based organisation.\nFluent English language skills.\nAbility to travel up to 30% across the EMEA region.\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience within infrastructure, construction, utilities, manufacturing or other technical product environments.\nKnowledge of value-based pricing and category optimisation strategies.\nAdditional European language skills such as French, German, Spanish or Italian.\nProject management qualification or experience leading complex cross-functional programmes.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nAlongside a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to take on an impactful role within a global organisation focused on sustainable growth and innovation.\nOpportunity to shape and influence a key growth category across EMEA\nExposure to senior stakeholders across an international business\nCareer development opportunities within a global organisation\nCollaborative and multicultural working environment\nHybrid and flexible working arrangements (where applicable)\nInternational travel and cross-functional project exposure\nThe pay range is a general guideline based on the primary location of this role and is not a guarantee of total compensation.
