Through our Horizon 2030 strategy we're evolving into a more disciplined, high-performing global Group - and we're looking for talented people who want to contribute to this long-term strategic journey.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nIn this role, you will support the deployment of Continuous Improvement methodologies and Operational Excellence programs across EMEA manufacturing sites, collaborating with local teams to identify improvement opportunities, coaching employees on Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies, acting as a change agent to drive adoption of new ways of working, facilitating operational excellence initiatives and ensuring the consistent application of standards across the region.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nSupport the implementation of Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives across EMEA manufacturing sites.\nCoach and support local CI leaders and plant teams in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies.\nFacilitate Gemba walks, Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, visual management and standard work implementation.\nDeliver training programs on Continuous Improvement methodologies and capability development.\nSupport the execution and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing programs and operational excellence initiatives.\nTrack project progress, performance indicators and improvement benefits across EMEA sites.\nDevelop and standardize playbooks, methodologies and best practices for regional deployment.\nLead and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People performance.\nAct as a subject matter expert for Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies.\nAct as a change agent across the EMEA region, driving engagement, adoption and sustainability of Continuous Improvement initiatives and best practices.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance and HR teams to drive operational performance improvement.\nABOUT YOU\nDegree in Engineering or a related technical, manufacturing or operations discipline\n3-8 years of proven experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement environments.\nStrong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Six Sigma methodologies.\nGreen Belt certification is a plus.\nSolid project management and stakeholder management capabilities, and proven experience in leading or supporting improvement projects with measurable business results.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent coaching, facilitation and communication skills.\nAbility to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.\nFluent English is required.\nAdditional languages are considered a plus.\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe offer the opportunity to join a highly international organization and contribute directly to the continuous improvement of manufacturing operations across EMEA.\nDynamic and collaborative international environment\nExposure to multiple manufacturing sites and operational excellence challenges\nOpportunity to work on regional transformation initiatives\nContinuous learning and development opportunities\nInternational exposure and travel across EMEA\nOpportunity to influence operational performance and business results\nHybrid working flexibility according to business requirements\nABOUT OUR WORKPLACE\nAliaxis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer who welcomes candidates and employees from all backgrounds.\nWe are guided by our behaviours - We Care, We Dare, We Deliver!
