This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing data, and collaborating with a range of stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.\nIn this role, you will manage quotation and contract pricing administration, maintain pricing records, monitor market activity, and support commercial decision-making through accurate data and reporting.\nWhat will you do?\nPrepare accurate and timely quotations across multiple product categories.\nManage contract pricing administration and maintain pricing records.\nReview and maintain customer pricing and commercial data.\nMonitor market and competitor pricing activity where required.\nWork closely with internal stakeholders to ensure pricing requests are completed within agreed timeframes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve quotation processes, systems, and turnaround times.\nEnsure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all pricing and contract administration activities.\nEnsure CRM and pricing databases are maintained accurately.\nMaintain a highly organised work environment and ensure administrative systems are effectively managed.\nPromote and support a safe workplace by identifying and addressing health and safety risks and compliance requirements.\nundefined\nWhat We're Looking For:\nMinimum 3-5 years' experience in quotations, contracts administration, pricing administration, sales support, customer service.\nStrong computer literacy with proven experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly, Excel.\nExperience using ERP or operational systems will be highly regarded.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.\nComfortable managing routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.\nAble to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nA collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to interpret pricing structures, commercial agreements and tender requirements.\nOpen to learning, adaptable to change, and willing to understand existing processes before recommending improvements.\nWhy join us?
