This role builds strong customer relationships, identifies opportunities, and supports business growth through service excellence. This is an on-site role 5 days/week, 8am-4pm, based out of the Ipex Langley office.\nPlease note: This is a full time contract position with an 18 month term.\nCustomer Interaction & Support\nRespond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, order status, and delivery timelines.\n\nResolve delays, service issues, and complaints while identifying process improvements.\n\nSupport customer issue resolution with patience and professionalism.\n\nAccurately enter, release, and manage orders through multiple channels.\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and other teams to meet service standards.\n\nEnsure back-orders are addressed appropriately.\n\nServe as a trusted point of contact for customers.\n\nIdentify sales opportunities, customer leads, and prepare quotations.\n\nUpsell companion products using SAP and CRM platforms.\n\nPerform other business-related tasks as required.\n\nSales Collaboration & Relationship Building\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships via phone, email, and occasional face-to-face interactions.\n\nPartner with Sales to understand market conditions, customer needs, and product updates.\n\nShare customer insights and trends with internal teams.\n\nProcess Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure accuracy and timeliness in customer interactions and order processing.\n\nParticipate in product, system, and process training.\n\nSupport initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\nHigh school diploma required\n\nPost-secondary education preferred\n\n3+ years customer service experience\n\nManufacturing/B2B preferred\n\nSales experience preferred\n\nSAP/CRM experience an asset\n\nBilingualism an asset\n\nStrong MS Office skills\n\nCore Competencies\nCustomer service excellence\n\nRelationship building\n\nProblem solving and empathy\n\nCommunication skills\n\nOrganization and attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities\n\nContinuous learning mindset\n\nTeam collaboration\n\nWhy Join Us?\nThis role offers the opportunity to influence business growth, develop strategic customer partnerships, and contribute directly to market expansion within a respected industry-leading organization.
