Propósito del puesto

Liderar y administrar el portafolio de proyectos de manufactura de la compañía, identificando oportunidades de mejora e impulsando iniciativas de inversión (CAPEX) que contribuyan a la eficiencia operativa, el crecimiento del negocio y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, sostenibilidad y productividad.

Requisitos Académicos

  • Bachillerato Universitario o Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Electromecánica, Civil o carreras afines.
  • Deseable certificación o especialización en Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Inglés intermedio.

Experiencia Requerida

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en manufactura, ingeniería y/o gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia en gestión y ejecución de proyectos de inversión (CAPEX).
  • Experiencia en entornos industriales o manufactureros.
  • Experiencia en evaluación económica y financiera de proyectos.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de proveedores(as), contratistas y equipos multidisciplinarios
  • .

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Gestión y administración de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías PMI, Scrum y metodologías ágiles.
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y Project.
  • Experiencia en análisis financiero de proyectos (payback, depreciación y evaluación económica).
  • Conocimiento de AutoCAD.
  • Negociación y gestión de proveedores.
