Through our Horizon 2030 strategy we're evolving into a more disciplined, high-performing global Group - and we're looking for talented people who want to contribute to this long-term strategic journey.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nReporting directly to the VP Group Communications, you will join a collaborative team of four and play a key role in shaping employee engagement across the organization, with as key responsibilities:\n- Internal Communication Strategy & Planning\nDefine and deliver internal communication plans for Group priorities (objectives, audiences, key messages, channels, cadence, ownership). \nEnsure alignment between corporate and regional communication teams, balancing consistent messaging with local relevance. \n- Content, Channels & Governance\nLead the internal editorial calendar and governance process, setting priorities and ensuring a coherent, timely, and engaging narrative across Group initiatives. \nProactively identify and source relevant information, employee stories, and business examples from across the Group, turning them into engaging content for internal audiences. \nSet and maintain communication standards for internal channels (tone of voice, templates, publishing guidelines, audience targeting). \nMeasure communication effectiveness through relevant indicators, employee feedback, and channel insights, and use the findings to continuously improve content, campaigns, and channel performance. \n- Corporate Events & Engagement Initiatives\nLead the planning and delivery of Group-wide corporate events and engagement initiatives, translating strategic priorities into experiences that inform, connect, and mobilize employees. \n- Business Partnering & Change Communication\nAct as the trusted communication partner for business partners in HR, Finances, Operations, and senior leaders. \nSupport change communication for transformation initiatives (strategy rollouts, org changes, new ways of working), ensuring stakeholder mapping, employee impacts, and feedback mechanisms are addressed. \nThe role is based at Aliaxis’ global headquarters in Brussels, with remote working options (2 days a week).\nABOUT YOU\nSuccess in this role requires internal communication experience in a global organization, with expertise in communication network management, solid collaboration skills, and the ability to manage communication projects across functions, regions, and various stakeholders.\nKey requirements are:\n Relevant internal communications experience within a global matrix organization in manufacturing (or a related industry). \nNatural relationship builder with business partnership experience for multiple functions. Emphatic, strategic and diplomatic, balancing business needs with communication priorities. \nExpertise in communication network management, driving engagement and collaboration across communities. \nProject management skills with experience leading global internal communication initiatives across multiple stakeholders and geographies. \nExperience in branding principles and corporate identity, with a strong eye for designs and visuals, from branding to photography and video. \nHands-on experience with digital communication platforms and channels, leveraging data and insights to optimize engagement. \nExcellent communication skills in English, with expertise in writing, editing, and storytelling.
