ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.\n- Cross-functional Collaboration\n- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and finance, to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.\n- Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements.\n- Risk Management\n- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.\n- Monitor and address supply chain disruptions to minimize impact on operations.\n- opportunities for innovation and efficiency.\nRequirement:\nGraduation- Mechanical engineer/Civil Engineer\n\n5-6 Years of experience in procurement, Female candidates firstly preferred\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent negotiation and contract management skills.\n\nAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\n\nStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.\n\nProficient in using procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms).\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nHigh level of integrity and professionalism.\n\nExperience in material handling like tools & moulds, Extruder machines , injection moulding machines is
