You will work as part of a collaborative team to deliver quality products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.\nWhat you’ll do\n\nOperating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently\nMonitoring production processes and ensuring products meet quality standards\nCompleting quality checks and following documented work instructions\nIdentifying and reporting equipment, quality or process issues\nSupporting production changeovers, start-ups and shutdowns\nMaintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment\nContributing to continuous improvement initiatives\nWorking collaboratively with your team to achieve production targets\nAbout you \n\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment\nExperience operating machinery and production equipment\nMechanical aptitude and enthusiastic about automation and new technology\nStrong commitment to maintaining a consistent and reliable attendance rate\nA strong commitment to workplace health and safety\nThe ability to follow procedures and work instructions\nStrong attention to detail and a focus on quality\nThe ability to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for improvement\nReliability, a positive attitude and a strong team focus\nThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nAustralian Resident or Permanent resident with full working rights\nExperience in plastics manufacturing, injection moulding, extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.\nWhy Join Us?
