We offer competitive pay, training opportunities, and a chance to grow within a company that values innovation and quality.\nResponsibilities\nPromote and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment through training, adherence to policies, and proactive housekeeping.\nPerform inspection activities using PI tables, micrometers, and ovality gauges.\nEnsure tools and equipment meet company standards.\nIdentify and resolve product quality issues.\nValidate impact and skin testing processes.\nInvestigate non-conforming products and support corrective actions.\nSupport and mentor Process Controllers in quality procedures.\nCollaborate on material trials and new product evaluations.\nMonitor production output and run conditions to ensure compliance.\nComplete documentation and quality reporting accurately.\nDevelop a strong understanding of operational processes and safety protocols.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nSchedule: Monday to Thursday 5am to 3:30pm\nPay: $22.79\nRequirements\nSkills & Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred but not required.\n1-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or technician role.\nExperience with PI tables, micrometers, and ovality gauges.\nFamiliarity with CSA, UL, ICC, IAPMO, NSF, and ISO standards is a plus.\nProficient in using hand tools.\nAble to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 75 pounds.\nAbility to stand, lift, and perform tasks for extended periods.\nMust be able to wear required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection).\nAbility to work 12-hour shifts and perform repetitive motions.\nWork Environment\nWork involves physical activity and exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nExposure to moving machinery, noise, and non-controlled temperatures.\nModerate sensory and mental demands due to deadlines and accuracy requirements.\nBenefits\n401K plan with company matching up to 5%\nComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision coverage options\n8 paid holidays every calendar year\nPlant bonus program\nSet schedule with bi-weekly pay\nBasic safety equipment (i.e., safety glasses, ear plugs) will be provided\nIPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
