Recommendations: Offer strategic advice on technical best practices and industry trends.\n\nRequirement Analysis: Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to developers based on the requirements.\n\nDocumentation: Create technical documentation, including process flows, design documents, and implementation guides.\n\nCollaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nPerformance Monitoring: Keep track of instance performance and propose improvements to enhance end-user experience.\n\nUpgrade Management: Manage upgrade cycles and implement new release functionalities.\n\nIntegration: Propose and implement integrations with other tools and systems.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n\nCertifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).\n\n7+ years Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.\n\nDeep knowledge in ITIL processes.\n\nStrong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions.\n\nExperienced in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and various integration tools.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nCapable of collaborating with process owners, architects, and developers to produce technical specifications for solution development and systems integration requirements.\n\nExperience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow implementations.\n\nAbility to guide junior team members and provide mentorship.\n\nFamiliarity with Visio diagrams and high-level architecture
