Occasional Saturdays will also be required.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe Shipping and Receiving Clerk performs a variety of shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory support functions. This position requires certification and competent operation of material handling equipment, attention to detail in orderfulfillment, and the ability to self-manage workload to meet daily shipping and operational needs. The role plays a key part in maintaininginventory accuracy, facility organization, and on-time order fulfillment.\nComplete required forklift certification and training and safely operateall three types of lift equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, and Order Selector) competently\n\nAccurately pull sales orders, work orders, and transfer orders according to established procedures\n\nUnderstand and effectively use RF scanner (RF gun) functions, including transferring items between locations\n\nStack, label, and properly storereceived materials and products\n\nUnload incoming deliveries, verify contents, sign for shipments, and report discrepancies or damage\n\nDistribute received materials to appropriate departments or storage locations\n\nAssistwith validating, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, including UPS and LTL shipments (with supervision as needed)\n\nAssistin loading trucks for outbound shipments as required\n\nUnderstand primary fittings and distinguish between different product lines\n\nParticipate in physical year-end inventory counts and support ongoing inventory accuracy through daily practices\n\nMaintain a clean, neat, and organized shipping, receiving, and warehouse environment\n\nSelf-manage workload to meet shipping schedules, timelines, and operational priorities\n\nFollow all established safety standards, work procedures, and company policies at all times\n\nParticipate in the implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies as needed\n\nWork collaboratively and contribute positively within a team environment\n\nProvide flexible support in other operational or warehouse areas as required\n\nJob Requirements\nEducation & Certificates:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalency\n\nTechnical Skills & Experience:\n1-3 years experienceusing RF gun and warehouse systems\n\n1 year of experience safely operatinga variety of Powered Industrial Trucks\n\nCompetencies\nLanguage Skills\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals\n\nAbility to effectively understand and carry out written and verbal instructions related to shipping, receiving, safety, and operational procedures\n\nMathematics Skills\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using all units of measure\n\nProficiencyin working with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages to ensure accuracy in inventory counts, order fulfillment, and shipping documentation\n\nReasoning Ability\nAbility to solve practical problems and adapt to situations where limited standardization exists\n\nAbility to interpret and carry out a variety of instructions furnishedin written, oral, diagram, or schedule form\n\nDemonstrates sound judgment and problem-solving skills in fast-paced operational environments\n\nKey Relationships\nFrequently interacts with all Distribution Center employees, at all levels.\nWorking Conditions\nEmployee may be exposed to a moderate level of hazards in the work environment, such as chemicals, commercial products, exposure to potential toxins, moving machinery, repetitive motion, excessive noise, powered industrial vehicle fork/reach/ bucket lift/other.\n\nMay on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.\n\nEmployee may be requiredto perform a moderate level of specific tasks such as lifting upto 70lbs,frequent changes in body movements, and working at heights of up to 20 feet.\n\nEmployee may experience progressive degrees of changing factors in the work process (changing work priorities, deadlines, accuracy, quotas, conflicting demands).\n\nEmployee will be requiredto spend the majority oftheir shift bending, stretching, walking, and standing.\n\nPay &
