Conduct market research to identify opportunities for technical programs\nResearch the U.S. quantum computing landscape, including funding sources, program announcements, and competitors\nSummarize findings for the Quantum Technology Lead to inform program strategy\n2. Support strategic relationship development with public-sector and technical stakeholders\nPrepare briefing materials and background research ahead of stakeholder engagements \nHelp maintain contact records and follow up on engagement activities\n3. Edit white papers and full proposals\nReview and refine technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency\nCoordinate input from technical contributors and track proposal deadlines and requirements\n4. Assist in managing government programs\nTrack program milestones, deliverables, and reporting requirements\nSupport communication with government program stakeholders under the guidance of the manager\nRequirements:\nA motivated graduate student with an interest in establishing impactful technical programs and in the intersection of science, technology and policy.
