someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment, can move quickly from strategy to execution, and successfully drive multiple complex technical programs in parallel.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Program Leadership: Own customer-facing programs with frontier AI labs, translating research needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and deliverables.\nRL Environment Development: Lead the creation of realistic, interactive RL gyms and scalable task-generation and evaluation pipelines.\nProduction at Scale: Manage the weekly delivery of hundreds of technically complex tasks while maintaining quality, diversity, and efficiency.\nExpert & Freelancer Management: Build and manage distributed networks of technical contributors, cybersecurity specialists, and reviewers.\nCybersecurity & Agent Safety: Coordinate cybersecurity, indirect prompt injection, and agentic evaluation programs.\nRewards & Verification: Partner with researchers and engineers to establish automated graders, reliable reward mechanisms, and quality standards.\nParallel Program Execution: Drive multiple programs simultaneously, rapidly prioritize competing demands, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain execution speed without compromising quality.\nCross-Functional Leadership: Align Research, Engineering, Product, Sales, external contributors, and customers to ensure reliable delivery.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or technical operations.\nStrong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, reinforcement learning, post-training, and model evaluation.\nProven ability to lead multiple complex technical programs in parallel, make fast decisions, and deliver under aggressive timelines.\nExperience scaling high-volume production workflows involving external contributors or specialized experts.\nStrong technical foundation in software engineering, APIs, infrastructure, testing, and automation.\nExceptional prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nHigh ownership, bias for action, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.\nDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with frontier AI labs or AI infrastructure companies.\nFamiliarity with RL gyms, evaluation harnesses, verifiable rewards, or post-training datasets.\nBackground in cybersecurity, red teaming, prompt injection, or agent safety.\nHands-on
