This role requires strong technical acumen in semiconductor processes and product engineering, as well as excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead new product introduction (NPI) activities from prototype to high-volume production at OSAT.\nCollaborate with design, process, and test engineering teams to ensure DFM/DFT alignment and manufacturability.\nDevelop product characterization and qualification plans to meet industry and customer requirements.\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions for yield excursions, quality issues, and field returns.\nOptimize test programs and methodologies to improve yield, reduce test time, and ensure reliability.\nAnalyse production data (WAT, CP, FT,) and statistical process control (SPC) to identify improvement opportunities.\nOwn and drive cost reduction initiatives (e.g., yield enhancement, test time reduction, package optimization).\nManage product documentation, including specifications, BOMs, and production release documents.\nSupport customer audits, failure analysis, and provide technical responses to customer inquiries.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n5-10+ years of relevant experience in product engineering within the semiconductor industry.\nSolid understanding of wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes.\nExperience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, SQL, Excel) and statistical techniques (DOE, SPC, GR&R).\nFamiliarity with Advantest 93K test platforms and probe/test data analysis.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, structured approach to issue resolution.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills;
