Summary:\r\nThe Accountant is responsible for monitoring daily revenue collections, reconciling cash and bank accounts, verifying financial documents, ensuring tax compliance, preparing financial and record revenue and expenditure and sign requisitions for receipt books.\n\nPrepare monthly cash flow statements and financial reports for different funding partners.\n\nEnsure cost accounting and proper use of organizational funds.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable Rwandan tax laws.\n\nPrepare reconciliation statements and reconcile bank accounts and cash books daily and monthly.\n\nMaintain expenditure and revenue logs.\n\nNumber, classify, and maintain original supporting documents.\n\nPrepare checks and other accounting documents for authorization.\n\nSupervise accounting activities at the health center.\n\nEnsure proper filing of health center supporting documents.\n\nPerform other duties assigned by the supervisor.\n\nEducation and Qualifications:\r\n\nA0 qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Management specializing in Accounting or Finance, with at least 3 years of work experience.\n\nAlternatively, a professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.\n\nRequired Knowledge:\r\n\nAccounting principles, practices, and procedures.\n\nBusiness law.\n\nApplication of data processing to accounting operations.\n\nAuditing principles and practices.\n\nOffice practices and systems.\n\nGovernmental budgetary operations.\n\nKey Skills and Competencies:\r\n\nStrong analytical, numerical, and accounting skills.\n\nAccuracy and efficiency in managing financial records.\n\nIntegrity, accountability, confidentiality, and transparency.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to prepare financial reports and communicate financial information clearly.\n\nProblem-solving skills and ability to identify financial risks and discrepancies.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nKnowledge of
