This onsite role will manage electrical subcontractors, coordinate installation activities, resolve field issues, maintain schedules, and oversee quality through commissioning and closeout.\nThis is not an electrical engineering or facilities operations role. We are looking for someone who understands how large-scale electrical systems are installed and managed in the field. Data center experience is preferred.\nThis is a full-time salaried position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, paid training and performance-based bonuses.\nThis position is based in the Atlanta Metro area and will work onsite for local data center projects. \nApproximately 50% overnight travel outside of the Texas area should be expected at times.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead day-to-day electrical construction activities onsite\nManage electrical subcontractors, manpower, schedules, sequencing, and deliveries\nOversee installation of switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, busway, PDUs, RPPs, STS, and power distribution\nReview drawings, one-lines, submittals, RFIs, and field changes\nCoordinate with GCs, contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and clients\nLead electrical QA/QC and resolve installation or trade coordination issues\nSupport testing, commissioning, punch list, turnover, and closeout\nEnsure compliance with NEC, OSHA, project requirements, and safety standards\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center electrical construction experience\nExperience managing electrical subcontractors and field installation activities\nStrong understanding of electrical distribution systems and construction sequencing\nAbility to read electrical drawings and one-line diagrams\nExperience with QA/QC, inspections, testing, commissioning, or turnover\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nData center or mission-critical construction experience\nExperience with a major electrical contractor or mission-critical construction firm\nExperience with medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution\nProcore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software\nElectrical trade or construction management background\nTo support a fair, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience, some interviews may be recorded.
