This role is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of advanced analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and commercial growth.\nRole expectations\nDevelopment and continuous improvement of KPI frameworks and advanced analytical dashboards for Customer Success, Business Operations, Data Control, and other business units.\nOwn end-to-end analytics projects, including requirement gathering, data modelling, ETL design, and visualization.\nAct as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, providing data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and performance improvements.\nDrive the implementation and optimization of data governance practices, ensuring high data quality and consistency across systems.\nCollaborate with commercial and operational leadership to align analytics initiatives with business goals, including the integration of KPIs and SLAs into relevant systems.\nMentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.\n Support strategic planning through forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario modelling.\n Ensure compliance with safety policies, practices, and procedures.\nParticipate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.\nContribute to the development and documentation of best practices, standards, and procedures for BI and analytics.\nWhat we're looking for\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nProven track record of delivering impactful analytics solutions in a complex, cross-functional business environment.\n Experience leading analytics initiatives and mentoring junior team members.\nFluent in written and spoken English.\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong analytical and data mining skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.\n Deep understanding of business processes and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrategic thinking with a focus on ROI and commercial impact.\n\n SPECIFIC CERTIFICATIONS/SPECIALTIES/COURSEWORK\nCertifications in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or data analytics methodologies are a plus.\nTraining in data governance, data science, or project management is advantageous.\nAdditional Information\nThis range includes an estimated base salary, covering various levels of experience for the role.\nAdditionally, the position is eligible for an annual bonus of up to 10 % of the annual base salary.\nThe final offer is determined based on the scope of the role, level of responsibility, experience, education, completed training, and key competencies of the candidate.\nAlign Technology, in addition to statutory benefits, provides a comprehensive set of perks designed to support employee comfort and professional development.
