The scope of the role spans the entire learning and education journey for EMEA customers from on boarding to on-going learning and development.\n\nThis individual will report directly to the Associate Director, Clinical Education EMEA, Ortho.\nThis is a 5 days in the office position, with office location in Madrid.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver Education Support to help grow our business\nSupport OR and GP educational project initiatives. You will help coordinating and managing system documentation to meet our business goals and objectives. You will work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as required\nPlan meetings and activities by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists\nCollaborate with the OR and GP Education Managers on education initiatives to support professional education, lead generation and pilot programs to introduce new product features\nMaintain current education collateral inventory and library for customers and sales team\nAnalyze data to identify opportunities in education\nUpdate and maintain Align Education websites and other digital education platforms\nOther activities as assigned to ensure the daily needs of customers and the business are met\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience / Qualified teacher or bachelor’s in communications, Marketing, or business-related field\nFluent in English and Spanish language - excellent written and verbal communication skills\nMinimum 2 years of professional work experience in digital education related\nProven experience in developing practical training and certification programs for go-to-market strategies, training methodology, education messaging as well as processes and systems \nProject management experience\nProficiency with teaching in a virtual classroom environment, Learning Management Systems, Articulate Storyline or other authoring software\nStrong attention to detail, business writing, project management and interpersonal communications\nHighly process oriented, with the ability to create and document programs that scale\nCandidate needs to possess a natural ease in dealing with people, an ability to present themselves with confidence, a mature thought process to create training material relevant to their audience, spontaneity to respond to difficult situations with ease, a good sense of humor and loads of enthusiasm\nIT skills, including all Microsoft Office packages, proficiency in Asana, and experience using modern multimedia
