and skills.\nIn this role, you will…\nProcess assigned payroll activities for selected EMEA countries in accordance with established procedures, payroll calendars, and service level agreements.\nReview payroll input data for accuracy and completeness and follow up on discrepancies as needed.\nPrepare and validate payroll reports and supporting documentation.\nSupport the accurate and timely execution of monthly payrolls in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external payroll provider.\nManage payroll-related administrative activities and maintain employee payroll records.\nRespond to employee payroll inquiries and escalate complex matters when necessary.\nCollaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure accurate employee and payroll data.\nFollow established payroll procedures, controls, and compliance requirements, including SOX controls where applicable.\nContribute to payroll process improvements, documentation updates, and special projects.\nEnsure payroll information is handled with a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.\nIn this role, you'll need…\nUniversity student or recent graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.\nStrong verbal and written English communication skills (minimum B2 level).\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data.\nPositive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude.\nGood organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and
