With your commercial acumen and influencing skills you will help drive digital adoption in these dental practices.\nYou will make an impact by transforming an analog process with clear aligners and innovative digital solutions that make straightening teeth easier, faster, and more accessible - helping practitioners grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.\nYou will have the opportunity to participate in target training and progress your career within sales or in one of the many other internal teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nManaging sales within the assigned territory.\nSelling Invisalign and iTero products.\nImplementing digital tools to enhance patient consultations.\nAchieving sales goals through detailed planning of all territory activities.\nBuilding and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.\nSupporting educational and practice management activities.\nProactive communication with customers.\nIdentify, analyze, and implement innovative solutions to exceed customer needs and drive business growth.\nLead and coordinate all activities related to onboarding new clients into the Invisalign system.\nUse insights and a consultative sales approach to educate customers and challenge them to modernize and grow their business.\nAssist in implementing digital technologies and improving office processes.\nAchieve quarterly and annual sales targets.\nRepresent the company at industry events, including conventions and internal events.\nCreate and execute plans for high-potential clients based on a deep understanding of their business, goals, challenges, and opportunities.\nManage the territory customer base.\nEngage certified doctors and build capacity for new cases.\nCollaborate proactively to increase case volume.\nManage accounts within the assigned territory.\nReport and analyze regional performance.\nConsult with the supervisor and marketing team to meet sales targets and budgets.\nMaintain up-to-date product knowledge and competence in dental/orthodontic equipment.\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nStrong business and financial acumen; ability to “sell with a pencil.”\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret scientific journals, financial reports, and legal documents.\nTerritory planning; strategic thinker and strong performer.\nKnowledge-based, consultative sales style.\nCreative, curious, and proactive problem solver.\nEffective use of technology;
