Experience working directly with production lines and manufacturing operations is essential.\nSkills: Strong expertise in PLC troubleshooting, program modification, and development. Practical knowledge of industrial automation, robotics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, equipment validation, manufacturing process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nCommunication: Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate requirements, specifications, project updates, and technical information effectively to technical teams and management.\nTeamwork: Ability to work collaboratively across production, maintenance, and engineering teams while coaching and mentoring engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
