Software Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Manager of Software Engineering to lead a team of talented engineers in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality web applications that power innovative digital healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Drive the design, architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications using. NET Core, ASP. NET MVC, Angular, and/or React.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions across multiple products.
• Own engineering execution by planning, prioritizing, and managing complex technical initiatives while ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, engineering best practices, and design discussions.
• Champion Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
• Establish and promote coding standards, documentation, and software development best practices.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and engineering practices.
• Support organizational growth by participating in technical interviews, hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Encourage knowledge sharing by contributing to technical forums and mentoring engineers across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading software engineering teams in a hands-on environment.
• Strong experience with. NET Core, . NET Framework, and ASP. NET MVC.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js .
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead experienced engineers, manage technical roadmaps, and deliver complex software projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing engineering teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience building scalable, cloud-native web applications.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and modern software design principles.
• Experience working in a global product engineering organization.
