With AI Agents, sellers can enable champions to sell internally, access hidden stakeholders, track buying signals, and follow the company's playbook, all from one shared workspace. No login required for buyers.\nWe serve 1,000+ paying customers and 1M+ buyers per month, tripled revenue last year, and are recognized by G2 as leaders in AI-driven Digital Sales Rooms. Companies like Deel, SimilarWeb, ServiceNow, and Intel use Aligned to shorten sales cycles by 30% and increase win rates by up to 100%.\nWe're on a mission to lead the shift from Sales Enablement to Buyer Enablement, because sellers can't sell if buyers can't buy.\nHere’s the full version together:\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn design end-to-end, from discovery and research through flows, high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, dev handoff, QA, launch, and iteration. You carry it.\nRun 2-3 design workstreams in parallel without dropping the craft bar. Speed is a value here, not a side-effect.\nUse AI tools throughout your design workflow - research synthesis, ideation, copy, prototyping, spec writing. You compress design cycles without losing craft, and you have strong opinions about where AI helps and where it fails.\nBuild prototypes that test ideas faster than any spec doc could.\nContribute to and extend our design system. Use it, evolve it, document new patterns - leave it better than you found it.\nPartner closely with PMs on problem framing and trade-offs, and with engineering on feasibility and pixel-level handoff.\nHold the UX quality bar across every screen that ships. The small details are not someone else's job.\nMaintain excellent async documentation and team-first process discipline - we're a remote-first team and shared processes are our common language.\nWho We're Looking For:\n5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and fast-moving startup environments.\n\nA strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality product craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful interaction design.\n\nProven experience owning design initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research through execution, QA, launch, and iteration.\n\nStrong product thinking, with the ability to connect design decisions to user needs, business goals, and product outcomes.\n\nComfortable using user research, product data, dashboards, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.\n\nFast and pragmatic, able to work across multiple parallel initiatives while focusing effort on the details that matter most.\n\nAI-native, with AI tools integrated into your day-to-day design workflow.\n\nComfortable working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive decisions and execution.\n\nSelf-driven, collaborative, open to feedback, and a clear, structured communicator with strong async documentation habits.\n\nWhy Aligned\nJoin a company leading the shift from Sales Enablement to Buyer Enablement.\n\nWork on a product used by 1M+ buyers every month and loved by customers. You can check out our G2 reviews.\n\nBe part of a 60 person team where your work can have immediate and visible impact.\n\nWork alongside sharp, ambitious people who care deeply about craft, speed, and customer value.\n\nBuild in a PLG and AI-first product environment at an exciting stage of company growth.\n\nEnjoy transparency across teams, direct access to leadership, and a culture that values ownership and open communication.\n\nWork in a hybrid setup, with 3 days per week from our Tel Aviv office.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3665,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Israel","iso":"IL","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-13T11:21:57Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":12,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.428,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":65,"expected_fill_days":23,"reasons":["conf:3","win:tail","crowd:"],"computed_at":"2026-10-14T06:34:16Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/alignedup-senior-product-designer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/alignedup-senior-product-designer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-14T13:52:12Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"assistant_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2546,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-15T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":669513},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=669513"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Falignedup-senior-product-designer"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Falignedup-senior-product-designer"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Falignedup-senior-product-designer"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/alignedup-senior-product-designer\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Falignedup-senior-product-designer"}]}
