AI / Machine Learning :\n\n- Design and implement AI/ML solutions for real-world business use cases.\n\n- Integrate ML models (e.g., forecasting, classification, NLP, computer vision) into production-grade applications.\n\n- Develop APIs and services that expose AI capabilities securely and efficiently.\n\n- Optimize model performance, latency, scalability, and monitoring in production.\n\n- Implement model lifecycle management (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining).\n\n2. Backend Development :\n\n- Design and develop scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.\n\n- Build microservices-based architectures.\n\n- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API access.\n\n- Develop data pipelines and integrate with structured and unstructured data sources.\n\n- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and observability.\n\n3. Frontend Development :\n\n- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications.\n\n- Build interactive dashboards and AI-driven user experiences.\n\n- Integrate frontend applications with backend AI services.\n\n- Ensure accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.\n\n4. Cloud & DevOps :\n\n- Deploy applications and models in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).\n\n- Implement CI/CD pipelines for application and model deployment.\n\n- Apply infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, etc.).\n\n- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting.\n\n- Ensure security compliance and enterprise-grade governance.\n\n5. Architecture & Collaboration :\n\n- Participate in solution architecture and design discussions.\n\n- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, security, data, UX).\n\n- Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and code reviews.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- 8 years of full stack software engineering experience.\n\n- Hands-on AI/ML implementation in production environments.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).\n\n- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Angular, or Vue).\n\n- REST API development.\n\n- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent).\n\n- Experience deploying AI workloads in cloud environments (Azure ML, SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.).\n\n- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.\n\n- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.\n\n- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred).\n\n- Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise security standards.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience with enterprise AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.\n\n- Experience with MLOps and model monitoring tools.\n\n- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.\n\n- Experience with vector databases and semantic search (if applicable to organization).\n\n- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, public sector).\n\n- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
