Together.\nThe Implementation Manager, Technology & Vendor Integrations is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and operational deployment of strategic technology solutions and third-party vendor implementations across the Medicare Advantage health plan. This role ensures that technology platforms, vendor services, and operational capabilities are successfully integrated into the organization while meeting business objectives, regulatory requirements, timelines, and budget expectations.The Implementation Manager serves as the primary liaison among internal business teams, IT, operations, compliance, clinical leadership, and external vendor partners. This position oversees implementation activities from business case approval through post-implementation stabilization and benefits realization.\nImplementation Leadership\nLead end-to-end implementation of strategic technology solutions, vendor services, and enterprise initiatives.\n\nDevelop and manage implementation plans, project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of implementation activities.\n\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.\n\nFacilitate implementationgovernance meetings and provide status updates to executive leadership.\n\nVendor Integration Management\nManage onboarding and integration of new vendors supporting Medicare Advantage operations.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact between the health plan and external vendor partners.\n\nCoordinate contract implementation activities, operational readiness, testing, and deployment.\n\nOversee vendor performance during implementation and stabilization periods.\n\nEscalate and resolve implementation issues, risks, and barriers impactingdelivery.\n\nTechnology Deployment & Integration\nPartner with IT and architecture teams to ensure technical integration requirements are defined and executed.\n\nOversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect remediation, and productionreadiness activities.\n\nEnsure integration with upstream and downstream systems is validatedand documented.\n\nOperational Readiness\nDevelop operational readiness plans to support successful implementation and adoption.\n\nCoordinate business process design, workflow development, training, and communication activities.\n\nEnsure policies, procedures, and job aids are updated to support new capabilities.\n\nConduct readiness assessments and go-live reviews before deployment.\n\nSupport stabilizationactivities and transition solutions into ongoing operations.\n\nRegulatory & Compliance Support\nEnsure implementations support Medicare Advantage regulatory requirements and organizational compliance standards.\n\nCollaborate with Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Information Security teams throughout implementation lifecycles.\n\nVerify appropriate controls, documentation, and operational processes are in place before launch.\n\nSupport audit readiness and implementationdocumentation requirements.\n\nStakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with business leaders and executive sponsors.\n\nFacilitate cross-functional workshops and implementation planning sessions.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and decisions.\n\nDrive alignment across business, operational, technical, and vendor teams.\n\nPerformance & Continuous Improvement\nTrack implementationperformance metrics and post-launch outcomes.\n\nMonitor benefit realization against business case assumptions.\n\nIdentifyopportunities to improve implementationmethodologies and governance processes.\n\nCapture lessons learned and establishimplementation best practices.\n\nJob Requirements:\nExperience:\nRequired:\n5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations.\n\nEducation:\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.\n\nSpecialized Skills:\nRequired:\nExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.\n\nStrong project and program management skills.\n\nExperience with vendor relationship management and organizational change initiatives.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPay Range: $98,550.00 - $147,825.00Pay range may be based on a number of factors including market location, education, responsibilities, experience, etc. \nAlignment Health is an Equal Opportunity/AffirmativeAction Employer.
