Working closely with the Central TB Division (CTD), State TB Cells, the National Health Mission (NHM), and development partners, Jhpiego supports the delivery of high-quality, people-centered TB services across the continuum of care.\nThe program implements several national and multi-state initiatives, including the Pro TB Impact Project, which strengthens TB service delivery at the primary healthcare level by integrating routine TB screening into Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs) and maternal health services, promoting differentiated care for high-risk TB patients, and establishing learning labs to generate evidence for scalable interventions. Jhpiego also leads the Cough Syrup Sales Surveillance Initiative, an innovative pharmacy and AYUSH-linked surveillance model that leverages digital technologies, community engagement, and referral systems to enable early identification of individuals with presumptive TB and ensure timely linkage to diagnostic and treatment services under NTEP.\nAbout the Position\nJhpiego is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to support the implementation and coordination of national and state-level TB initiatives.\nThe incumbent will provide technical, operational, and program management support across multiple TB projects, ensuring effective implementation in accordance with approved work plans, timelines, donor requirements, and Jhpiego policies. The position requires independent management of assigned workstreams, coordination with government and implementation partners, preparation of high-quality technical documentation, monitoring of project deliverables, and support for day-to-day project operations.\nThe successful candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nProgram Coordination and Implementation Support\nIndependently coordinate selected project activities in line with work plans and timelines.\nTrack deliverables, identify risks, and proactively escalate delays with recommended mitigation.\nProvide technical and operational support to field teams to ensure activity quality and adherence to standards.\nContribute to development of technical briefs, implementation notes, and program presentations.\n\nStakeholder and Relationship Management\nLiaise with district/state stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners for smooth program execution.\nBuild effective working relationships to enable timely communication, joint reviews, and activity follow-\nRepresent the project in selected technical discussions, review meetings, and coordination forums.\n Meetings, Reviews and Documentation\nLead coordination of program meetings, technical reviews, and trainings at national/state/district levels.\nPrepare high-quality minutes, tracking sheets, action plans, and follow-up matrices.\nSupport development of donor reports (monthly/quarterly/annual), ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nOperations, Logistics and Finance Coordination\nIndependently handle logistics, and procurement coordination as per organizational\n\nTrack budgets, GRFs, activity expenses, purchase requests, and settlements.\nMaintain updated records of procurements, inventory, and key documentation.\nMonitoring, Data and Knowledge Management\nMaintain trackers, dashboards, and databases for monitoring deliverables and program outputs.\nSupport data collation and validation from field teams.\nDocument learnings, best practices, and case studies to contribute to knowledge management.\nOther Responsibilities\nProvide cross-team coordination support for training, workshops, and reviews.\nUndertake additional tasks aligned with project goals as assigned by the supervisor.\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster’s in business administration/ post graduate diploma/ master’s in social work/ MA/ MCom/ PG Diploma/ MSc or a related discipline from a recognized institution.\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in program coordination, project management, or implementation support, preferably in public health or development programs.\nExperience working with donor-funded projects and government stakeholders is desirable.\nPrior experience with the NTEP or TB-related programs will be an added advantage.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong program coordination and ability to independently manage assigned workstreams.\nResult-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and closure skills.\nExcellent relationship management and interpersonal communication.\nStrong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.\nProficiency in MS Excel (trackers), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office tools.\nAbility to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.\nJhpiego is an equal opportunity employer and offers a highly dynamic and enabling work environment.
