The successful candidate will implement and maintain cloud-based identity governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow, helping clients manage and secure their digital identities effectively. Should have some leadership experience. ISC certification preferred.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Serve as the IGA subject-matter expert to senior technology and business leaders; translate complex identity concepts into business outcomes.\n\n- Mentor and develop team members; build a culture of delivery excellence, security by design, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Manage vendor relationships; evaluate and optimize license usage, platform roadmap, and support models.\n\n- Collaborate with clients to understand their identity governance and administration needs.\n\n- Design, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to meet client requirements.\n\n- Engage in the configuration and management of connectors to integrate IdentityNow with various systems and applications.\n\n- Customize identity workflows, role definitions, and policies within IdentityNow to ensure alignment with client security policies.\n\n- Conduct access reviews, certifications, and compliance reporting using IdentityNow.\n\n- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to IdentityNow implementations.\n\n- Offer training and guidance to client teams on the best practices for use and administration of SailPoint solutions.\n\n- Contribute to the overall security architecture with identity and access management best practices.\n\n- Keep up with the latest developments in SailPoint IdentityNow functionalities and related technologies.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n- Demonstrable experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementations.\n\n- Strong knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and cloud-based solutions.\n\n- Experience with APIs, RESTful web services, and SaaS integrations.\n\n- Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access request processes.\n\n- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation, such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\n- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions effectively.\nSkills\nSailPoint, SailPoint IQ, Sailpoint
