Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and implement scalable data models using dbt to streamline complex transformation logic and ensure consistency across the enterprise.\n\n- Optimize Snowflake performance by managing compute resources, query tuning, and implementing effective clustering and partitioning strategies to reduce operational costs.\n\n- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines that integrate diverse data sources into a unified Snowflake data warehouse for improved business intelligence.\n\n- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish best practices for version control, CI/CD integration, and testing frameworks within the dbt environment.\n\n- Mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of data quality, security, and documentation.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and managing large-scale data warehouses within the Snowflake ecosystem.\n\n- Advanced proficiency in building modular, reusable data transformation workflows using dbt (Data Build Tool).\n\n- Strong command of SQL for complex data manipulation, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of data-related bottlenecks.\n\n- Proven ability to communicate technical data strategies to non-technical stakeholders and align engineering outputs with business objectives.\n\n- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact data solutions in a fast-paced environment.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model based out of our Hyderabad or Noida offices, fostering collaboration across distributed teams.\n\n- A minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience in data engineering, cloud architecture, or a related technical
