enterprise ecosystem remains stable and audit-ready.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and implement robust CMDB health models to ensure data accuracy and completeness across the enterprise configuration landscape.\n\n- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to automate the identification and relationship tracking of IT assets.\n\n- Develop custom business rules, script includes, and client scripts to automate data population and reconciliation processes for internal stakeholders.\n\n- Lead the remediation of data quality issues by analyzing CI discrepancies and implementing automated reconciliation rules to maintain a clean environment.\n\n- Collaborate with IT service management teams to integrate CMDB data with incident, problem, and change management workflows to improve operational decision-making.\n\n- Manage the lifecycle of configuration items, ensuring that all assets are correctly classified, attributed, and maintained according to organizational standards.\n\nRequired Skillset:\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform development with a deep focus on the CMDB, CSDM framework, and Discovery modules.\n\n- Proven ability to write clean, efficient server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript to extend ServiceNow functionality.\n\n- Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex data synchronization issues and perform root cause analysis on discovery failures.\n\n- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical CMDB requirements into actionable workflows for non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment, collaborating closely with local engineering teams to drive project milestones.\n\n- A minimum of 5 to 15 years of
