This is a home-based opportunity with occasional travel.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of assigned clinical research projects, ensuring project objectives and deliverables are achieved.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure activities comply with applicable regulations, industry guidelines, corporate policies, and quality standards.\n\nOversee project operations, budgets, regulatory requirements, and patient safety to maintain operational and financial integrity throughout the project life cycle.\n\nManage the development, maintenance, and appropriate disposal of essential clinical study documents, data, equipment, and tools, including protocols, SOPs, informed consent forms, and case report forms (CRFs).\n\nAssign, track, and oversee interdisciplinary activities, including site monitoring, database development, data collection, adverse event management, statistical analysis, and clinical study reporting.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for sponsors and clients, proactively managing expectations, resolving project-related issues, and maintaining effective communication.\n\nOrganize and facilitate project meetings, prepare investigator updates, and provide regular project progress and status reports to relevant stakeholders.\n\nSupport site and patient recruitment strategies, stakeholder training initiatives, and the development of study-related communication materials.\n\nParticipate in regulatory submissions, audits, third-party vendor selection, and other activities required to support successful project delivery.\n\nMonitor team performance, project milestones, and deliverable quality to ensure alignment with sponsor expectations, project requirements, and regulatory standards.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably Health Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related discipline.\n\n1-3 years of experience in clinical study management, with exposure to clinical research project coordination and execution.\n\nStrong understanding of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and study documentation practices.\n\nExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks, track deliverables, and meet project deadlines.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with sponsors, clients, investigators, and cross-functional teams.\n\nDemonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships, encourage teamwork, and coordinate interdisciplinary project activities.\n\nExceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining accuracy, compliance, and high-quality project outcomes.\n\nSelf-motivated and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address project challenges.\n\nCommitment to continuous learning, professional development, and adapting to evolving project and organizational requirements.\n\nFluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, with the ability to work effectively in a home-based environment and travel occasionally as required.\n\nWhat We Offer\nIn addition, as an Alimentiv Employee, you’re also eligible for the following programs:\nEducation Reimbursement program for full-time employees\nMonthly Cell Phone and Remote Work Allowance (dependent on role eligibility)\nOne time office setup allowance (can be used to purchase a scanner/printer, extra monitor, office furniture, etc.)\nWorking while visiting program - up to 4 weeks per year!\nFlexible Summer Hours Program from May - September\nEmployee referral incentive - we know great people know other great people, and we think that warrants recognition!\nFull-time employees also become beneficiaries of the Alimentiv Trust after one year of employment, and permanent members after 5 years of employment\nOptional formal mentorship program (Alimentorship); country/region annual social events in person; leadership development programs for people leaders in accordance with your seniority; social committee and several other optional initiatives designed to support you in feeling like part of the Alimentiv team!\nAdditional benefits may be available depending on the country of employment and are subject to local policies and eligibility.\nOur Services\nEnd-to-end GI clinical trial services, from protocol design through submission support\nCentral medical imaging management and endoscopic reading\nPrecision medicine and biomarker solutions\nReal-world evidence and clinical consulting\nHistopathology and lab services through AcelaBio\nHow to Apply\nTo apply for this position, please submit your resume through the Alimentiv Careers Portal or via LinkedIn’s Easy Apply.
