This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities while supporting future platform expansion, workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.\nWorking closely with the ServiceNow Platform Owner, business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners, the successful candidate will help deliver scalable, secure, and efficient platform solutions that support business needs and improve service delivery across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, system configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.\n\nManage platform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to ensure system stability, security, and reliability.\n\nConfigure and develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and automations using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with platform standards and organizational needs.\n\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations to improve visibility into service delivery and platform performance.\n\nSupport the onboarding of new services and business functions onto the ServiceNow platform, including requirements gathering and workflow configuration.\n\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance platform functionality, service management processes, and operational efficiency.\n\nManage platform security, role-based access controls, data permissions, and governance practices to support compliance and data integrity.\n\nDevelop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange.\n\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners to support platform enhancements, technical solutions, and future expansion initiatives.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n4-6 years of related professional experience, including 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and configuration experience.\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.\n\nPost-secondary certificate or diploma in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, processes, and best practices.\n\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, workflow automation, reporting, security, and integrations.\n\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs for developing and configuring platform solutions.\n\nExperience supporting platform administration, access management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\n\nStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat We Offer\nIn addition, as an Alimentiv Employee, you’re also eligible for the following programs:\nEducation Reimbursement program for full-time employees\nMonthly Cell Phone and Remote Work Allowance (dependent on role eligibility)\nOne time office setup allowance (can be used to purchase a scanner/printer, extra monitor, office furniture, etc.)\nWorking while visiting program - up to 4 weeks per year!\nFlexible Summer Hours Program from May - September\nEmployee referral incentive - we know great people know other great people, and we think that warrants recognition!\nFull-time employees also become beneficiaries of the Alimentiv Trust after one year of employment, and permanent members after 5 years of employment\nOptional formal mentorship program (Alimentorship); country/region annual social events in person; leadership development programs for people leaders in accordance with your seniority; social committee and several other optional initiatives designed to support you in feeling like part of the Alimentiv team!\nAdditional benefits may be available depending on the country of employment and are subject to local policies and eligibility.\nOur Services\nEnd-to-end GI clinical trial services, from protocol design through submission support\nCentral medical imaging management and endoscopic reading\nPrecision medicine and biomarker solutions\nReal-world evidence and clinical consulting\nHistopathology and lab services through AcelaBio\nHow to Apply\nTo apply for this position, please submit your resume through the Alimentiv Careers Portal or via LinkedIn’s Easy Apply.
