Responsibilities\n\nERP & Business Applications\r\n\nLead administration and technical support for the company’s ERP platform.\n\nResolve functional and technical issues across Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, POS, and other business applications.\n\nConfigure workflows, user roles, access rights, automated actions, reports, dashboards, views, and business processes.\n\nDevelop and maintain ERP customizations using Python, XML, QWeb, JavaScript, and related technologies where applicable.\n\nLead development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom ERP modules.\n\nCoordinate ERP upgrades, migrations, compatibility testing, and deployments.\n\nManage ERP integrations with third-party systems through APIs and other technologies.\n\nMonitor ERP database performance, availability, backups, and data integrity.\n\nProvide technical guidance to ERP users and junior IT staff.\n\nMaintain ERP technical documentation, specifications, workflows, and configuration records.\n\nIdentify opportunities for ERP optimization and business-process automation.\n\nIT Infrastructure & Systems Administration\r\n\nManage servers, networks, storage, workstations, printers, and related IT infrastructure.\n\nAdminister LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and network access.\n\nManage Windows/Linux server environments and relevant cloud services.\n\nMaintain reliable email, internet, file-sharing, collaboration, and other corporate IT services.\n\nImplement and monitor backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.\n\nMonitor system performance and identify infrastructure risks.\n\nCoordinate hardware and software installation, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.\n\nCybersecurity & Access Management\r\n\nImplement and monitor IT security policies, controls, and procedures.\n\nManage user accounts, privileges, authentication, and access controls.\n\nMonitor endpoint protection, antivirus, security patches, firewall rules, and system vulnerabilities.\n\nSupport cybersecurity incident identification, investigation, response, and reporting.\n\nProtect company data and business systems through appropriate security controls.\n\nPromote cybersecurity awareness and good IT security practices among employees.\n\nDevelopment, Integration & Automation\r\n\nLead or participate in internal digital tools and automation projects.\n\nDevelop Python scripts and other solutions for ERP and business-process automation.\n\nSupport API integrations between ERP and external platforms, including banking, payment, logistics, HR, biometric, and other systems.\n\nDevelop business reports, dashboards, data extracts, and automated workflows.\n\nConduct system testing, debugging, deployment, and post-implementation support.\n\nCoordinate with external developers and vendors to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.\n\nIT Support & Team Supervision\r\n\nProvide advanced technical support for complex IT and ERP issues.\n\nGuide and supervise IT Officers in resolving technical and user-support requests.\n\nEstablish and monitor IT support procedures and service standards.\n\nAnalyze recurring IT problems and implement long-term solutions.\n\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access and equipment allocation.\n\nMaintain accurate IT asset, license, system, and infrastructure records.\n\nVendor & IT Project Coordination\r\n\nCoordinate with ERP partners, software developers, internet providers, hardware suppliers, and other technology vendors.\n\nSupport the evaluation and procurement of IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.\n\nParticipate in system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.\n\nMonitor vendor deliverables, service quality, and technical compliance.\n\nReporting & Continuous Improvement\r\n\nIdentify technology-enabled process improvement and automation opportunities.\n\nWork with business departments to understand operational requirements and develop appropriate IT solutions.\n\nMonitor system utilization, performance, incidents, and IT service indicators.\n\nPrepare periodic IT and ERP performance reports for management.\n\nStay current with ERP releases, cybersecurity developments, cloud technologies, and relevant IT standards.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n\nA Master’s degree is an advantage.\n\nMinimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in IT infrastructure, ERP administration, software development, or related areas.\n\nProven experience administering and supporting ERP systems is highly desirable.\n\nPractical experience with Python, XML/QWeb, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs is an advantage.\n\nStrong understanding of databases, networking, system administration, and cybersecurity.\n\nExperience with ERP implementation, customization, integration, or system upgrades.\n\nExperience supervising or mentoring junior IT staff is an advantage.\n\nExperience in trading,
